This is PART 1 of the 8-hour Buprenorphine training.

The 2nd half of the course is a 3.75-hour on-your-own online study. Instructions on how to log on to Part 2 of the course will be provided ONLY to those who complete Part 1 in its entirety. You must be both online viewing and listening to the presentation. Participation in the interactive polling questions is also required in order for the AOAAM to verify attendance. This course has been reviewed and is acceptable for 4.25 credits of AOA Category 1A by the AOA CCME. It has also been reviewed and is acceptable for 4.25 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed credit, not as Category 1.Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
