Diana Samberg MD
Diana Samberg, MD, MS, is a board-certified internal medicine and addiction medicine physician in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She is a clinician educator who teaches internal medicine residents and medical students and practices both inpatient and outpatient internal medicine and addiction medicine. She also serves as a volunteer physician at the medical student-run clinic at the Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh. In her spare time, she enjoys board games, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and three children.

Carole Warshaw MD
Carole Warshaw, MD is the Director of the National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Mental Health, a federally funded resource center dedicated to enhancing policy, research, and practice at the intersection of trauma, mental health, substance use and intimate partner violence (IPV). Over the past 45 years, Dr. Warshaw has played a leading role in the development of innovative models for providing accessible, culturally responsive, trauma-, and IPV-informed services; building cross-sector collaboration; and improving system capacities to address the health, mental health, substance use, and advocacy concerns of IPV survivors and their families, including at the intersections of IPV and maternal mental health. She has spoken and published extensively on these topics, both nationally and internationally, and has served as an advisor to numerous health, mental health, substance use, legal, and advocacy organizations, as well as federal agencies. Dr. Warshaw has maintained a part-time private practice in psychiatry since 1989, is board certified in psychiatry and internal medicine, and serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
