Downloading certificates from the course tab or receiving them via email after successful evaluation completion and credit claiming.<br /><br />Important notes:<br />- Attendance verification by the system is mandatory to claim credits and may take up to 24 hours post-webinar.<br />- If attendance is not confirmed or credits cannot be claimed after 24 hours, contact pcss-moud@aoaam.org.<br />- Phone-only participation does not qualify for credit; participants must attend online for the full 4-hour presentation, engage in polling or case studies to receive credit.<br />- Partial participation will not earn CME credit.<br /><br />For those needing additional hours beyond the 4-hour session to fulfill the 8-hour DEA training requirement, AOAAM offers 1-hour On-Demand training modules on various hot topics. These modules provide additional CME credits and certificates that can be combined with the 4-hour webinar certificate to meet the total training hours needed.<br /><br />Participants can log in to the AOAAM Learning Management System to review transcripts, reset passwords, and download any certificates earned.<br /><br />In summary, participants must complete the evaluation, ensure online full attendance, claim or waive credits, and then download or receive certificates via email. Additional training opportunities are available for completing required CME hours.
